How Much space is needed?
Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the NeuBooth at the client's venue. This space should be at least 8' x 8'. Space must be level and solid. The NeuBooth may be placed in an outdoor location, but must be protected from the elements in the case of inclement weather.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and can provide proof of insurance.
Is an attendant included with the photo booth?
Yes, we provide an attendant for our rentals. Our friendly attendant will be there from beginning to end. He/she will be there to monitor the booth and make sure everything runs smoothly!
Wifi Access & Image Sharing
The NeuBooth's ability to send instant text messages to its users relies on a WiFi network with at least 1.5mb/s upload speeds. Client is responsible for providing this and understands that, without it, images will not be instantaneously sent to the NeuBooth user's phones. In the event that there is a WiFi malfunction or client does not wish to provide it, all of the NeuBooth user's phone numbers are stored and the images will be sent to them within 24 hours of the event's completion. We are not responsible for WiFi speeds below the required upload speeds or third-party network malfunctions.
Do you save the images?
We keep the images in an online gallery on file for six (6) months. After which point, they will no longer be retrievable. Client is responsible for archiving them during that time if they would like to have access to them indefinitely. Additional time storage is available at the rate of $100/month.
